Cancellation & Refund Policy

BESPOKE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  2. BESPOKE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED accept cancellation requests for booked appointments where payment is made through Curus Health platform. However, a refund cannot be made if the customer pays for the appointment at the Hospital, Clinic or Doctor. Refunds will be applicable for the canceled appointments reported at least 2 hours prior to the booked appointment time.
  3. In case Doctor Appointment does not happen due to Hospital actions, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 10 calendar days of the booked appointment date. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  4. In case of any Refunds approved by the BESPOKE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  5. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Curus Health unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
